For the last 3 years the Belgium based Promo Sapiens agency have collaborated with their Dutch EFMP partner agency PSfm to deliver results and drive end of year promotional sales for the leading home sound system brand Sonos.
Sonos is an American consumer electronics brand offering a smart network of wireless speakers, that consumers can control from an app on their phones, giving them pure immersive sound room by room.
A team of sales promoters were selected and sent to the Netherlands to undergo extensive sales training on the Sonos brand and its various products. They were equipped with all the relevant knowledge required to best inform customers to make an informed decision.
The promotion were carried out in 22 stores over 125 days in the lead up to Christmas. Following the Sonos brand ethos the sale promoters are known as Bandmembers and they were on the shop floor assisting customers and talking through the benefits of the various Sonos speakers.
All Bandmembers did their real time reporting through the MARK system.
