The health context due to Covid and price inflation has accelerated digital transformations, especially in the retail world: explosion of online sales, new practices in terms of customer experience and especially the search for proximity with the brand and the need for enchantment...

IMPACT OPENS UP TO METAVERS TO DEVELOP BRANDS' BUSINESS

On October 5th, IFMG launched its very first event in the metaverse with virtual world experts; Manzalab and Komodal. An immersion that allowed about twenty customers and prospects of the Group to enjoy a unique experience and discover new business opportunities through conferences and dedicated workshops. 

Stéphane Millet, CEO of Demooz, Julien Mutter, Senior Account Manager at Atmosphères and Christel Mouchague, Director of Brand Activation at Impact Sales & Marketing, spoke on various topics:

- How Impact can accompany its clients in the metaverse (Conference)

- Digital for retail (Animated workshop)

- Training sales force teams in the metaverse (Animated workshop)

These presentations were an opportunity for the Group to immerse the participants in concrete actions related to retail and to open the field of possibilities (creation of a virtual point of sale, virtual fitting of physical products, product personalization, training of sales teams, etc.).

Impact anticipates the movement and offers brands its expertise to accompany them into this new era.
