Starting in January 2023 Option1 in Poland is introducing HR Panorama, a new innovative tool for instant HR Management. This system will take a dedicated HR Manger through recruitment, delivering paperwork such as contract and required by law statements and tax preferences and vaction statements.
The process includes thorough recvruitment process for both office and field jobs followed by onboarding, sending legal documents, virtual contract signing, outsourcing, and work time control.
Option1's employees will be able, from now on, to apply for vacation, manage their sick leave payments and check the updated status in an app.
HR Panorama is an HRIS/HRMS type system which will effectively support Option1's HR department and enable it to outsource processes to external companies while retaining full control over employee and candidate data. Unlike any other existing solutions, there is no need to transfer data between different systems , as all processes take place within HR Panorama.
