Pitch win: HTW/O secures British American Tobacco!

EFMP German partners HTW/O have won a competitive pitch for British American Tobacco (BAT) that will be delivered in 2023. The brief is to deliver inspiring promotional activities that convert consumers into loyal customers.

To achieve this HTW/O created a campaign to ensure that BAT's brand products remained front of mind for consumers, in Jnauary 2023 they will deploy 120 fully trained Brand Ambassadors to directly engage with consumers at relevant touch points. HTW/O manage the complete process from creative conception and planning through to staff development and effective performance monitoring.
