III DEC AWARDS (Development of Customer Experience)

During the DEC III Awards on 29th June, the Association for the Development of Customer Experience presented their award for the Best Customer Journey to Caixabank.

Grupo A, along with Grey Agency and the Marketing team at Caixabank’s Channel Office has also formed part of this work in A Offices and Stores to transform banking offices and generate a true brand experience.

We are very proud to collaborate in this great project and participate in the strategies of enterprises to provide a complete customer experience. As Marta Fina, CaixaBank’s Area Director in quality and customer experience points out, it is important to put focus on the client in order to "listen and understand needs and improve customer experience therefore driving greater customer satisfaction and recommendation".
