In 2010, Groupe SEB, a leading presence in the small household electrical appliance sector, initiated a partnership with EFMP's Spanish partner Grupo A, to establish a dedicated team of promoters committed to showcasing the excellence of esteemed brands such as Moulinex, Rowenta, Tefal, and Krups.

Since then, Grupo A has significantly grown this relationship with Groupe SEB, expanding their team to 87 members, with 50 transitioning to permanent contracts since February 2024. This move underscores their commitment to providing stable employment while the remaining positions are filled through fixed-term contracts, addressing the variable demands of clients.

Groupe SEB also occasionally engages their services for short-term campaigns, lasting one or two months, which underscores Grupo A’s adaptability and responsiveness to their client needs.

With comprehensive operational oversight of the client account, Grupo A manages everything from personnel selection to addressing client requests concerning their workforce. This proactive approach ensures seamless coordination and promotes a partnership grounded in trust and reliability.
