The agency was tasked with developing and implementing a unique campaign to showcase Ricola's diverse product range, moving beyond the brand's classic offerings to communicate that Ricola has something for every taste preference. To address Ricola's needs, USP Partner devised a multi-faceted approach centred around an interactive display. The core of the promotion was a mobile shelf unit that effectively exhibited Ricola's product variety, with the colourful packaging serving as an attention-grabber at the point of sale. The agency also introduced a gamification element through an interactive, gesture-controlled game developed specifically for this promotion. This innovative approach encouraged shoppers to explore Ricola's product range in an fun and entertaining manner. The game was displayed on an AI-equipped screen, forming the focal point of the Ricola shelf. This technology helped generate interest and increase foot traffic around the display.

The comprehensive brand experience included strong visibility elements, prominent product placement, and targeted sales offers with discounts, all working together to create a cohesive brand experience that also drove sales at Migros stores throughout Switzerland. USP Partner took on full responsibility for the live marketing activation, encompassing conceptualisation, idea generation, game development, brand presence design, logistics management, and coordination of trained promotional staff.
