Impact Sales & Marketing is number one for Outsourced Sales Team Activations in France.

During 2017, the French Field Marketing market grew by 3,5%. Within this market the Outsourced Sales segment grew by 10%, which accounts for approximately 47% of the global outsourced sales market.

Due to this sustained growth, a significant number of companies have entrusted Impact Sales and Marketing to maximize their marketing budgets and drive growth, making them the leader for outsourced sales activations in France. 

Impact Sales & Marketing had a very successful year which saw them deploy twice as many tactical sales teams this year compared to the previous year, with many of the teams becoming permanent dedicated sales teams for the brands.

This was also a year for 'first's', as they established a niche in activations for the FMCG wholesale distribution market. This was mainly carried out on both Drive and Proximity networks, which are fast growing segments. They were also selected to deploy large scale B2B sales teams for Siemens with the focus on selling their B2B products and services such as building technologies and industrial automation to other businesses. 

Another significant achievement over the past year has to be the work done on Brand Activations. Impact Field Marketing have recently won the prestigious gold award in the "Point of Sale Animation" category for  the work they did to consolidate  Pumas reputation, expertise and legitimacy as a leading running shoe brand.

Impact Field Marketing Group devised a program whereby they got expert marathon runners to be ambassadors at the points of sale. To achieve this, not only did they have to convince the athletes of the superior quality of the Puma products, but they had to train them in the different sales techniques.  Once trained, the mission of these experts  was not only to advise the customers, but also to offer the right level of expertise with regard to running races. An online community was created as a place where the experts and the customers can discuss best practice and get tips and advice before the races.

The ambassador program performed exceptionally well with an increase in volume sales of 92% between 2016 and 2017, allowing Puma to increase its market share by 10 points in networks activated over the period.  Due to the success of these sales figures and with increasing popularity generated amongst running enthusiasts, the program is ramping up now with 100 ambassadors registered for 2018.
