Yes Sir! represent the world’s biggest brands at the Brussels Motor Show.

Yes Sir! a subsidary company of the EFMP’s Belgium Partners, Promo Sapiens, recently represented some of the world’s biggest automobile brands at the prestigious Automobile Fair in Brussels. For 15 Consecutive years Yes Sir!  has managed staff at the fair for brands such as Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini, Fiat, Fiat Pro, Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Jeep, Honda and Honda moto. The show is held over 10 days every January and is attended by just under half a million visitors.

The Brussels Motor Show is a trade show and deals made during the 10 days can account for up to 40% of annual sales for the participating Belgian car importers. One in three, of the 500,000 visitors, has a firm intention to buy a car at the show, convinced by the informative sales teams and special discounts. It is therefore critical that these brands get the right people to represent them, and after 15 successful years, the world’s biggest brands are still using Yes Sir! to fulfil this crucial task.

Yes Sir! start planning 8 months prior to the show, with the objective of managing all the aspects of recruitment and castings, in order to present three types of profiles to the brands: the informers, the hostesses and the pilots, who are responsible for the trials. The process aims to create active and qualitative recruitment throughout the year to ensure the activation, through all the networks, allow them to meet over 400 people and to select the best profiles that will be presented to the people responsible for the brand booths. Once the selection phase is completed, they ensure the 100 chosen people are individually trained and educated on all aspects associated with their designated brand. Once fully trained they then attend the ‘brand kick offs’ to determine the expected commercial objectives, as well as how to handle all the practical aspects during the fair. 

Yes Sir! ensure that each individual is managed personally on a case by case basis to create a sense of trust that allows them to focus on the task at hand which is to represent top brands while generating all important leads and sales. The success of the show relies heavily on the people representing the brands and this personalised people management is an essential element of this success.
