"The European scope of the Group to which Impact belongs strengthens our market position. This means we need to be attuned to the trends and needs of our customers, adapting our strategies to meet their specific requirements.
Thanks to digital tools developed in-house, Impact benefits from invaluable flexibility and autonomy, enabling us to implement tailor-made solutions for optimum responsiveness. What's more, as the human factor is at the heart of our approach, we invest significantly in the quality of our training programs, employee support, inclusiveness and so on. This fosters a diverse and equitable working environment."
Jean-Dominique Castellani, CEO of Groupe Marvesting, places CSR at the heart of his concerns and wishes to take his projects even further.
A strong employer brand for greater attractiveness
Our employees reflect the Group's DNA. They are true ambassadors and contribute to the attractiveness of the subsidiaries, in this case Impact. By building employee loyalty and fostering personal development around shared values, convictions and concrete actions, Impact is able to strengthen its appeal and meet today's recruitment challenges.
What does Impact actually do?
The group dynamic enables Impact to take innovative, high-impact action in terms of employer branding.
The creation of internal communication media, the maintenance of an intranet and the regular distribution of content all help to inform employees and raise their awareness of the group's initiatives in their regard.
Teambuilding events (breakfasts, celebrations of all kinds, etc.) help create cohesion between employees and contribute to their professional development.
The implementation of CSR initiatives also enables us to engage our employees, and our customers, in meaningful actions that are close to their hearts (e.g. waste collection on the beaches of Western France). More broadly,
Finally, employees are supported in their professional development through personalized training programs, in particular through the Talent Program, an HR system designed to develop the skills of future leaders within the Marvesting Group. This program provides managers with a set of functional skills to support their growth into more senior roles within the company.
This has a direct impact on the recruitment of new talent.
The next CSR steps to go even further
The main challenge for Impact and the Group as a whole is to work on the social and environmental impact of our core business. To fully involve our customers in this approach, we rely on our partner relationships to create synergies and improve our practices together.
With this in mind, Impact recently teamed up with the FIERS brand, which markets products made in France by disabled people. The aim is to contribute to the brand's development throughout France by involving our field managers on a voluntary basis. Valuable support for the professional integration of disabled people!
Drafting of a CSR report, carbon footprint, data collection to monitor KPIs and so on. So many actions that propel the Group and its subsidiaries towards a more sustainable future and encourage the recruitment of our talents!
