EFMP Belgian Partner, Impact Sales Marketing Belux, is proud to announce that they have started the (Corporate Social Responsibility) CSR POSITIVE WORKPLACE ©labelling programme.
Positive Workplace is a French initiative launched in 2019 by the entrepreneur Charles-Henri Margnat. Its purpose is to help all companies, regardless of their CSR maturity level, to make progress with regards to their Sustainable Development Strategy and to engage various stakeholders on the journey.
The aim of the creators of the Positive Workplace label is to revolutionize the CSR certification market in France and in Europe. Developed and based on international standards (ISO 26 000) and aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), it serves as a quality measurement assessment tool and offers a label of distinction. However, above all, it is a guide for carrying out CSR actions.
The programme is aimed at small, medium, intermediate, and large companies that each has a dedicated evaluation grid. In order to obtain the label, a company must conduct and complete:
An internal audit (PWP Company Audit©) that entails the evaluation of:
• The sustainability of business activities,
• The responsibility for business governance,
• The development of business human capital,
• The preservation of the environment and the impact of digital technology there-on,
• The impact of the business on the ecosystem and the territory.
Employees, clients, and suppliers are required to participate in an anonymous survey (PWP Stakeholders Surveys©) to give their point of view and advice across various challenges, which allows the company to obtain valuable insights and information and to align its CSR with global challenges. The programme can also be delivered in a record time of between one and three months. This is made possible due to the digital nature of the process.
On completion of the survey, the company is given a starred CSR report that ranges from one to three stars according to the points obtained. In order to be awarded the desired CSR Positive Workplace label, a company must achieve at least 50 out of the available 100 point total.
Apart from the grade awarded, the report also include up to thirty recommendations from stakeholders in the company for proposed action to be taken where they that feel improvement is required. For each suggested action recommended, the impact of the action is assessed and the associated budget and timeframe for carrying it out are specified.
This is a process which is aligned with global sustainability targets, and Impact Sales Marketing, Belux, is excited to be undertaking this journey and will keep us updated on their progress throughout the programme.
