HTW/O secure key business wins that ensure many sunny days ahead in Germany.

17/07/2019

The EFMP’s German partners, HTW/O, have had a busy first half of the year securing business with Germany’s largest telecommunications  company, and with one of the world’s largest computer companies, that will ensure they have  many sunny days ahead.

HTW/O’s subsidiary company, Pool.die.Agentur, have been working with Mobilcom Debitel since 2005 and recently, after 6 months of conceptual work, meetings and hard work, secured the lucrative contract on a long-term basis. Mobile Telecom are one of the largest telecommunication companies in Europe with over a 40% market share in the mobile telephone market and more than 8 million customers in Germany alone. Pool.die.Agentur conceptualized the strategy, developed the location and sales concept and managed the national sales promotions throughout the country. HTW/O therefore remains Mobilcom Debitel’s exclusive field agency for B2C sales in Germany, with approximately 65,000 promotion-days per year.

One of HTW/O’s key advantages over its competitors is their conceptual design   which allows for, and accommodates,  the changing political landscape in Germany with regard to labour laws, and  the manner in which field sales agents are contracted. The shift in laws has meant that agencies can no longer employ people as freelancers but need to offer full employment. HTW/O are using the recent changes as an opportunity to expand their core services and offer their customers a more bespoke and reliable service. HTW/O can now provide their  clients with a modularized full-service work model system that can pinpoint their needs and requirements and offer them relevant solutions. This system  offers a fully-tailored solution for each and every client   , leaving them to decide on the type of work force that they require  for the job. Being able to offer fully-employed promoters, along with freelancers, gives HTW/O the edge in the German market and allows them to offer the best possible consulting and other bespoke services to their customers.

Additionally, HTW/O recently added yet another major global brand to their impressive list of clients, Asus computers. ASUS is one of the world’s largest computer and electrical companies and operates within 32 countries across the globe. HTW/O will be promoting the ASUS notebooks in 21 locations across Germany that will see them managing over 600 promotion-days between July and the end of the year. Within 4 weeks HTW/O managed to recruit and fully train all required sales promoters for the 21 locations and set up the kick-off meeting. Through HTW/O’s specially programmed web-based software, ASUS are able to track all sales and other requested KPI’s through their dashboard on a daily basis.

Through their ability to adapt and willingness to innovate HTW/O will continue to attract some of Germany’s biggest brands while further  entrenching themselves as leaders within their market.
