Impact Field Marketing Group and Demooz introduce the new generation of on and off-line product demonstrations with their customer RED Electric. A tailor-made omnichannel journey to introduce the public to electric scooters by offering the opportunity to test them in real use with a defined path outdoors by RED Electric ambassadors.

A fluid and personalized omnichannel journey

Before being able to test the scooter, the consumer is put in touch with a RED ambassador via the FNAC-DARTY stores, the retailers websites or the RED Electric website. Then, he can register for a demonstration via the tablet or the QR code available in store. Following this registration, the data is collected and shared with RED Electric, which makes a welcome call with the prospect. Scooter testing can be done near the consumer's home with a RED Ambassador trained to explain all the benefits and features of the product. An optimal immersive experience that meets the fears and expectations of the consumer. Following the test, the prospect can buy the scooter online or in a store and in turn becomes an ambassador and prescriber. He shares his opinion on social networks and via the Demooz platform.
