For the past 4 months, Impact Field Marketing Group has been crowned with awards! These victories confirm the Group's leadership position in the field marketing sector.

A flawless performance at the Action Co Trophies last November

Three applications submitted, three golden trophies won! The Group is proud to have been able to highlight the best commercial initiatives of its subsidiaries Impact Sales & Marketing France, Demooz and Atmosphères in 2022. Let's take a closer look at these awards!

- First of all, Impact Sales & Marketing played the phygitalization card as an animation tool for retailers and distributors. And it is in the category of Commercial Animation in point of sale that the brand won gold with its client Asus.

The idea of the project was to highlight the importance of phygitalization in retail today by bringing sales representatives to digitalize their commercial actions to increase traffic in store and thus increase sales.

As a result, communications on social networks (highlighting the following operations: creation of new gamer spaces, arrival of a new product, demonstrations, participation in trade fairs, etc.) play a key role in the strategy of the 600 points of sale monitored by Impact's sales team.

The sales force that is transformed into influencers which lead to the increase of the traffic in points of sale, improves the visibility of the Asus brand, but also accelerates sales and sell-out. Indeed, in August 2022, the PC manufacturer's market increased by one point compared to the same month of the previous year.

- As for Demooz, the Group's digital retail agency, was able to showcase its solution for transforming brand customers into ambassadors through its dedicated digital program.

And it is in the loyalty category that Demooz excelled, also winning the gold medal with its relational program set up with the E.Leclerc in Avermes (Auvergne,France).

The adopted strategy? To evoke the upcoming end of the door-to-door leaflet while offering an alternative to retailers. In just a few months, Demooz has created an Ambassadors Club of more than 500 members for E.Leclerc of Avermes. The retailer wanted to replace its paper flyers with digital communications and called upon Demooz. The objective was to circulate promotional offers via social networks, emails and mobile push notifications to replace traditional flyers.

For this, an ambassador program was launched. Loyal customers who are particularly active on social networks are recruited and encouraged to sponsor their friends and family to the store's loyalty program. This way, the ambassadors take the floor on the networks to promote the store, its know-how, its initiatives... In exchange for their actions, the ambassadors receive rewards in the form of euros credited on their E.Leclerc card, of gift baskets, and are invited to take part in exclusive events (wine fair, Easter egg hunt, discovery of the store's backstage...).

- Finally, Atmosphères and its client Microsoft closed the awards with their first place in the "Social Selling" category. The initiative in question? Responding to new consumer expectations.  

This is why Microsoft called upon Atmosphères, an agency specialized in sales development, to implement a social selling strategy.

More than 5,000 videos broadcasted in 25 countries and 20 languages: this is one of the results obtained thanks to the device imagined and deployed by Atmosphères for its client. Product demonstrations, animations of live on YouTube... these new contents constitute new bridges between the brand and its existing or potential consumers.

Since the creation of the YouTube channel in 2019, nearly 37,000 subscribers have followed these videos, which have accumulated over three million views. As for the TikTok account (launched in 2021), it reaches 8,000 subscribers and the videos hosted exceed 12,000 likes.

Impact renews its Positive Workplace CSR label with two stars!

In addition to having been awarded the Ecovadis Platinum Medal in 2021 (the Group is listed in the Top 1% of companies that perform better than their competitors), Impact had its Positive Workplace label renewed a few weeks ago.

This award is due to the numerous actions implemented by the Group, including

- A CSR audit of suppliers 

- A policy to raise awareness and provide support to employees regarding psychosocial risks 

- A plan to reduce the environmental impact of travel 

- A carbon footprint assessment in progress to monitor the Group's emissions
