Impact Sales & Marketing, Belux, has been appointed by Procter & Gamble Belux to manage their outsourced Field Sales & Merchandising Force in Belgium-


Field sales is becoming ever more important as consumers are demanding better shopping experiences and seeking better-value products,  while they also often focus  on buying products which are on promotion. Engaging consumers in unexpected ways, which help to connect them to your product's unique value proposition, while giving them an enjoyable experience in-store, can really set your product apart. In this respect, the outsourcing of field sales is becoming ever more vital as companies look to focus on core business and to take advantage of the benefits that a dedicated, professional field sales team can offer.

To this end, the EFMP’s Belgian partners, “IMPACT SALES & MARKETING, BELUX”, is very proud to announce the start of a new long-term partnership with PROCTER & GAMBLE, which is related to the management of all P&G Field Sales & Merchandising operations in BELGIUM-LUXEMBURG. 

Impact Sales & Marketing Belux  were engaged, as of 1st July 2020, to enable Procter & Gamble to further develop their business in the Belux Retail Food market by providing and managing a dedicated permanent Field Sales & Merchandising Team, as well as an Ad Hoc Flex merchandising Team, in order to deliver daily and long term impact on sales on the shop floor. 

For this, Impact Belux will manage a large Team consisting of, 1 Project Leader, 3 Field Sales Managers, 1 Group Account Manager, 2 Account Managers, 17 Sales Reps, and 11 Merchandisers, on a permanent basis, on behalf of P&G.

Impact Sales & Marketing, Belux succeeded in their pitch to convince P&G to collaborate with them for the next 3 years, thanks to, and influenced by, Impacts 5  ‘Keys of Success’ listed below:

1. Impact, Belux, the Company as a whole: Strong and stable company with large multinational clients, high expertise in FMCG and relevant channels expertise, part of an International Group (Impact Field Marketing Group).

2. HR Capabilities: Low personnel turnover, expertise in People Transition Management to ensure   staff continuity, permanent investment in people, to grow and develop the talents   and career path of staff.

3. Technology: Continuity with QLIK Sense Reporting tool, In-House BI & IT Capability, continuous development in new innovative functionalities and technologies (CRM, ERP, Extranet)

4. Geographic Expansion: Ambition to grow the group further. The partnership with FSS agency in UK (part of EFMP) who took over P&G 2 years ago from CPM, UK

5. Willingness - Eagerness to work with P&G: Very cooperative / collaborative / Transparent / Show a lot of Commitment / Passion for FMCG / Motivation / Pro-Activeness

An intensive and exciting 3 days‘ Kick-Off’  was organized on the first 3 days of July, to welcome, equip, and train staff and to build-up  strong  team-cohesion for Impact, Belux’s brand new Field Sales  and Merchandising Team, P&G.
