Nespresso: Maestria and PSfm

How do we get the most out of a campaign with strategically placed POS material.POS material plays a major role in in-store product launches and campaigns. For Nespresso, PSfm visits over 1,200 locations each year to place promotional material! In addition, we send easy-to-place material to 2,000 smaller shops yearly.We visit shops and locations with a fixed group of 8 to 10 merchandisers, just before a campaign kicks off. The team puts all the POS material in place and where it should be. After the campaign the team stops by to pick up all the material. We give the shop owner advise on how to use the material on site, due to our retail expertise and experience. This prevents that retailers do not use the material on site. This enhanced the effectiveness of campaigns and the shop owner will only have to worry whether there is enough capacity at the checkout!
